Russell & Russell has a large Family Department with specialist Solicitors at our Bolton, Bury, Farnworth and Atherton offices. We are contracted with the Legal Aid Agency and where eligible, can provide you with advice, assistance and representation via Legal Aid

Subject to your income, capital position and specific limited scope of circumstances within which legal aid is available, legal aid can be provided for the above services and this will be discussed at your initial interview. We do provide, if required, an initial interview of 20 minutes (This does not apply to the Chester office who offer a fixed fee first interview and follow up advice letter).
